David - Thanks for the leads.

Some of us are interested in concrete as a pressure hull.  It MAY be much safer than
rolled steel for the amateur, especially in failure.  Would you be familiar with the
failure profile of this form of hull?  How catastrophic is catastrophic?  Do the
reports mention hearing stress sounds, bowing of the skin, visible cracking, etc.
prior to the THWUMP?  In other words, how much telegraphing is there?
