I have been wondering about the type of O2 analyzers that one would need for
this.  Having been a mfg. rep for gas analyzers in a previous lifetime, I know
that electrchemical sensors for O2 are short-lived, and therefore expensive to
keep for intermittent use.  And yes, the flow rate is very important.  

Perhaps someone has information on the type to use for testing Nitrox bottles.
The Draeger company should have something since they are getting involved with
rebreathers....
