        I believe that private aircraft registered "Experimental" that have
more than one
seat have to be placarded saying something to the effect that the airplane
(or heli-
copter) is ameteur built, not commercially built.

        That also may be required for single seaters, but then it's just the
pilot flying
it anyway.
