usage reminder

This is a friendly reminder that you can not send a message to members
of PSUBS unless the email account you are using to send the message is
registered in the mailing list database.

If you have a work email and a home email and want to send mail from
both locations, you must register both email addresses with the server
using normal majordomo commands or the autosubscriber available from
the web site (http://www.psubs.org)

The only exception is that you do not have to register third and fourth
level host domain names if you have already registered the second level
domain name for a particular site.
