Hi Charlie,
Got your name from the letter you wrote to  the sub org.  
Wondering how your sub idea is comming....   I'm designing a 1 atmosphere sub
also.   Would just like to compare notes and ideas.  I saw a propane sub up in
Merrill, Or.  built by a potato farmer.   Nice job!  He bought a NEW tank so
it didn't smell inside and he KNEW there had been no unusual stresses already
placed on it.  
Any way,  where do you live?   What kind of propulsion are you planing?  What
for windows?
