I recall a number of years ago when the interior of a railroad tank
car was steam cleaned one afternoon. When the task was complete the crew closed
and secured the hatch before leaving. It was a cool night. The
results the next morning were similar to what is depicted in the video below.
The pressure differential has to be somewhat less than 1 ATM. The video is
