It's a Kittredge MK-II which is the second generation development of the 
K-250 we know today.  Note the dive planes and rectangular reinforcement 
collar for the conning tower.  It's documented on pages 5 & 6 of 
"Submarines" authored by Kittredge and you can find a copy at

Kittredge sold plans for the MK-II so it's possible he did not 
personally build the vessel you found.  However it's a nice find anyway 
and I can remember seeing photos of it taken from the road.  When I 
passed through the keys a couple years ago I kept an eye out for it but 
never did see it.  Now we know why.
