Jon I have no idea anymore. 

The boat is finish from a shipbuilding, paint and mechanic standpoint. Since nearly a year. 
Can be run in the water, drive and dive. 

But the electronic boys in the crew come to no real solution (since years..) to fix the electric and electronic problems. 
And I am not familiar with electronics.. 

01) Need a order number of a available battery charger of about 2-3 kw with a inlet of 220V 50Hz AC and a outlet of 600 V DC

02) Need a "black box" which made from the 400V DC of the battery a 3Phase 380V AC 
    to run the 3 and the 5 kw Compressor motors or alternative the 2 x3 kw highpressure bilge pump motors. 

03) The 40kw Motorcontroller for the 400V DC main Motor ist a nice device. Engine runs really smooth. 
    And the sonar is complete blind from "snow" if the motorcontroller is running. 

If I can get a E-Madman/E-Ing. which can fix this three serious problems here in say two month - I would hire him.
