Every now and again I see a large (greater than 100feet)
vessel come up sale rather cheap.  I keep thinking of buying
one and converting it into sub tender.

This one strikes me as a particular good type of vessel to
convert:

- 180foot Coast Guard Buoy Tender
- 22 ton crane,
- hydraulic foldable crane,
- two 100kw generators

The downside being operating costs and repairs...  I think
the one above is being sold for scrap.  But I can check it
out if anybody is interested.  Make if 5 people went in on
buying one of these it would work.
