Hi,

thanks for the feedback, this is very useful.  Ideally, this
is only going to work for me if I can get it in the water for
around $13K.

So far I get the impression the seller doesn't know that much
about submarines, but doesn't know they how much they don't
know... (i.e. "Acrylic looks good"... "we will test it in a near
by lake and replace anything that breaks"...).
