Once the video opens, if you will place your cursor just above the "Share" button at the lower right of the video, a symbol with four little arrows pointing away from each other will appear.  Click on that to take the video to full screen.
 
I clicked on the link below within the e-mail and it took me straight to the video.  You have to watch some introductory stuff before the subject video begins.  If it doesn't work for you, try copying the link to your URL.
