Re: [PSUBS-MAILIST] Safety of Tourist Submersibles



I wonder why they retained the copyright rather than make
it public domain or don't make an online version freely
available.

Quoting sections while writing about a similar or related
topic would be fair use.  Copying chapters doesn't really
seem in the realms or spirit of fair use.

I not saying don't copy it for person use.  But I don't think
psubs should put copies of copyrighted material online
without permission from the copyright holders.
