Certainly not 4 million at South America wages. The hull didn't look round in
the back. It probably wasn't made to go more than what 200 feet down?

I wonder if this was something they planned to scuttle at the end of the trip
or keep using? It didn't seem like it was very well built. I wonder how many
subs they have already which are at sea. I'm surprised the DEA reported this.
It just makes me think of all the things which they probably don't report. And
it says the found it because of "DEA intelligence". Probably some kind of
electronic phone tapping I would guess.
