MIT's online tech review magazine might be helpful. When you open the
link below it will present an article. At the bottom of the article there
will be three pics with headlines to lead you to other related articles (one of
them is on ultracapacitors). That same pattern repeats, so if you have a
curious mind you could be up all night.
Frank and Vance, there are also some articles on developments in li-ion
batteries.
