The last one is maybe the best one: At 0:31 she is deep in the water and at 0:57 high out. 
Maybe the winch them out a little or blown the tanks. Snorckel is vissible. Somehing on the deck behind the  white oil drum looks like a toilett basin.. 

The hole sub look much more sofisticate than the overwash forerunners.
