is part of larger set of documents that are publicly available at this web page:

This is a very comprehensive set of requirements and guidelines
for building a submarine for the Australian Navy.  Similar to
the ABS rules for classifying submarines/submerisbles book.
Although it's for military subs I think there is a lot of
stuff relevant for most 1ATM submarines.  It seems this will
be particularly useful for larger subs as well.
