Yes, it is.  I actually went to Texas to view that sub and had a chance to
buy it.  Unfortunately it was a mock-up and never was a functional sub.  The
hull was hollow, the arm never had any hydraulics, and the inside control
panel was a dummy.  I documented it extensively in pictures and could post
them sometime if I ever get them scanned in.
