Re: [PSUBS-MAILIST] video link Eurosub

Hello Emile
Les from down under here
Thought your video and sub great, thank you for sharing it.
It is amazing  the various ways we all take to solve a common problem (a working safe p/sub).
Personally am still in early days developing.I have a specific idea and very firm criteria  but I am still collecting data.
As you may have read in the forum weight is one of my major concerns.... for many reasons.
I was wondering if you might share with me some details of your sub so that I might get some general idea in my head of what size, & capacity per depth generally weighs  before settling on a design that wont fit my needs and making many unnecessary calculation.My depth aim at this stage is only 100 meters (150 psi),however considering your weight and depth I may be restricting myself ?
That is;
Length approx
Breath approx
Height approx
Sheet Steel thickness (obviously banded)
Net weight
Payload weight (passengers & extra gear for dive etc.)
Will not be offended should you not wish to, and should you not wish to put through the forum my direct email is;
lgeyer@bigpond.net.au
Thank you for your consideration
Happy & Safe Diving
Les(Australia)

Subject: [PSUBS-MAILIST] video link Eurosub

Hello,

We cut a small video from the Eurosub-in-Croatia mission.

Building subs is far easier than cutting a video!!

Still not perfect but enjoy!
