Gentlemen,

I was informed today that Capt. George Kittredge died Tuesday, Feb 23, 
2010 at his home in South Thomaston, Maine.  It is my understanding that 
he has already been cremated and is, or is scheduled shortly, to be 
interred with his wife in Annapolis.  George had pre-arrangements with a 
local funeral home which did not include any formal funeral arrangements 
such as viewing or calling hours.  However, a number of his friends are 
planning a memorial service in South Thomaston within two or three weeks 
time.  I have asked them to keep me informed so I can relay information 
to anyone in the group interested in attending.  This is all I know 
thusfar and will continue to update the list immediately upon my 
receiving additional information.
