I don't know what XXH pipe is, however I think any good hydraulics supplier can provide you with anything you need.

 

I am getting my stuff from Kundinger Fluid Power in Neenah, Wisconsin.

 

All my main fluid thru hulls are 3000 PSI Stainless up to the first valve and all internal is 1000 psi stainless. I have many nipples from close up to 8 inches as well as some really nice 3000 psi hex nipples.

 

They are however, quite expensive.

I used a chunk of round stock steel that I turned to the proper OD and bored it to the ID of XXH pipe then put a pipe thread on each end.  I searched for pipe nipples but couldn't find them either.
