I think someone took a shot at this, but now I can't find the email.  
Since you are getting some OTS units, perhaps you could recommend the 
pin-out.  The subconn connectors come with pigtails and the specs are 
here...

At the bottom left is the pin-out for the connector as well as the wiring.
Pin 1 has a black wire
Pin 2 has a white wire
Pin 3 has a red wire
Pin 4 has a green wire
