Frank Busby and I were close personal friends for enough decades to 
encompass the 'wild years' and the milder ones that followed. He was a 
terrific shipmate - there are none better!

   I think Frank would be pleased to have Vance Bradley as the recipient of 
an award that bears his name - Vance is certainly Franks kinda guy - been in 
the trenches under fire, knowledgeable enough to be well worth listening to 
. . .and generous enough to be willing to share.
Vance would certainly get my vote!
