45 half angle is ok.  Anything up to 60 is ok.  The half angle is measured from  the main axis of the hull and a line from the side of the small diameter to the side of the large diameter.  So a half angle of zero would be a cylindrical section and a half angle of 90 would be a flat disk with a hole in it.
