Hi Sean. Ya, surface stability can't be compromised to the degree that it's
unsafe to open the hatch. My center of gravity and buoyancy has a lot of reserve
capacity for changes by dropping the emergency weight.
It's a balancing act to get all the heavy stuff down low and the floating
stuff up high.
