Re: [PSUBS-MAILIST] Are we lawyers or hobbyist

This is just one case I thought it would be nice for some of use that have many more advantages then Xiangli to give him a hand if he decides he wants it. But when it comes to lack of action, I guess any excuse will do.

Hi Brent. No, I'm not saying you or me or anybody else should ignore this guy's shortcomings of design or fabrication, and dropping him a line inviting him to check out the psub site is a great idea. Who knows? He may not have seen it before. The Chinese Govt. has a lot of restrictions on what is allowed to show up on a computer over there. For all I know he may not have access to what we have available to us.
My only point was that if you or Jon or somebody was to start advising someone on how to build a sub, that could be a very slippery slope.
As the site says..."encourage the safe design......." and that's one reason it's so good.
I don't need an excuse for in-action, I'm lazy enough without it.
Again, I applaud that guy. He's got big balls for going out and doing what he did. You can bet it's a lot tougher to do in China than it is here.
