Hi Alan. That's a hoot! Although I'm a little frustrated with my computer
some times, I realize it's me, not the computer. I've had to deal with Dell on
the phone before and I can see how that guy could get mad. It's no use yelling
at people on the phone though. Generally they will just hang up on you. Not very
productive.
