How about San Alfonso delmar.
It has a 1km long swimming pool with a 115ft deep end.
Would be more comfortable than sleeping in a concrete pipe.

Pretty unique and low maintenance, Not much floor space. I wonder if
those tubes could be used as pods for shallow submerged rooms with an acrylic
