I bet you could find a small hand piston pump in USA. Maybe like one of
those "porta power" hydraulic pumps. It wouldn't be too tough to make one if you
had a lathe. There's not much to one of those. You could make the whole thing
from stainless bar stock, some O rings, and sell them to other psubbers.
A set of spring loaded ball bearings would make the two
valves, Three "O" rings on a piston, a connecting rod, linkage, and
standard plumbing thread holes. Bada-Boom you got a pump. Frank
