Hi Steve,

I don't think they're etched in stone yet, although the carving has 
already started.  We have 10/1-10/4 on the website, but Ray's last email 
stated 9/30-10/4.  I have an email into Ray suggesting that he and I 
meet asap to minimally finalize the dates and hotel, and get that 
information up on the website.  I also want to book early since it looks 
like prices are going up.  A few months ago it was going to cost me 
60,000 miles to Vancouver, but I checked today and it's now up to 73,130 
miles.
