This particular bubble at the US Naval Academy was later
installed below their underwater habitat as an observatory. The habitat
was later acquired by the firm that has the Jules habitat in the Keys was used
early on to support college and scientific research programs to develop
experience that was later used to operate the refurbished larger habitat.
I trained the first college students that stayed in the habitat with a bubble
