I'm not in the market but it's always interesting to see someone else's 
design.

It's probably under eight feet in diameter, I'd guess seven.  For someone 
more familiar with a sand blaster then a welder, it's a good start.  It 
needs mechanical stuff, electrical stuff and a ballast system.  Stripped out 
as it is, I'd estimate it about 60% ready to dive, maybe 50% if you need to 
replace some of the pipe thru hulls and remachine the conning tower and 
hatch O-ring seat.  But it's a start!
