Hi guys,

I'm thinking that pressure cycling electric/electronic components
will lead to a shorter mean time to failure.  If it has an air pocket,
I would imagine for many components this will cause at least some
flexing, which can lead to cracks in conducting components, changing
their properties, etc..  These components may eventually fail themselves,
but depending on the circuit and components, they may cause damage
to other components due to changes in their properties.
