Les, I have obtained the 18 watt mono amplifier card and will see if someone would install this into console #3's transmit channel. I call this the ER-1 modification or Extended Range mod. It still uses but 12vdc and connects in the exact manner as the 7 watt mono amplifier card but doubles the transmitter output level to clse to 4 watts RMS with the 8 ohm speaker and 12vdc power applied.
