Hi Alan,

See previous email I just sent out titled "Updated Acrylic Book Pricing" 
for latest details.

I weighed my copy of the book and it came out to 5 pounds, but that was 
using a bathroom scale so it is likely not completely accurate.  
However, the USPS shipping rate I plan to use is flat for weight up to 
20 pounds.  So all you have to do is let me know where you want it 
shipped (lets continue this privately off-list so we don't bore everyone 
else) and I can tell you what the cost will be.  I believe USPS provides 
the shipping box as part of the overall fee, but I will find out for 
sure this week.  If there's an additional cost for the box, we will need 
to increase the total cost accordingly.

To calculate your postage:
1) Go to http://www.usps.gov
2) At top of page in red menu bar, select "Calculate Postage"
3) On next page, in middle, look for "Calculate International Postage" 
and click "Go" underneath it.
4) On next page, select your country, click "Package", and enter "5" in 
the box for pounds of weight.
5) On next page, look for "Prority Mail International Regular Flat-Rate 
Boxes" and read the postage amount under the column marked "Post Office 
Price".  That's your shipping price.  I have to fill out a customs form 
and actually bring the package to the post office in person, so don't 
use the cheaper "online price" to calculate the shipping.
