I did sandblast lightly to prep for painting, but the coat is a light primer
which will be blasted off for final coating.

Right now it's about 7000# with the ballast tanks in place. Final weight
will be about 14,000#
The sub will have Shoulder tanks similat to Dan Brewer's in Michigan.
