I lucked out and found a site that Camtasia studio operates, that is free to a point, for uploading videos, and then sharing them with out degrading the quality.  If your not on a dial-up connection these should load readily for you. At least they did for me. I did have issues on a Mac with these, but none when using windows. It makes a world of difference when the video clips are not fuzzy.
