Hi Folks,
While submarines are part of a stealth service, I have yet to meet a PSUBer that could keep quiet about any project they were working on. I guess not much was going on in 2008. The inactivity was reflected in the light voting this year.
The bright spot however is due the efforts of one gentleman working on underwater communications. His efforts went beyond just what he could do alone. He has consulted and pooled together the efforts of serveral fellow PSUBSers in a collaborative effort.
Due to overwhelming popularity he is our only award winner this year. He is:
