Hi Frank,
Well I finally got a good day in today. I still
didn't get the transition cone finish welded as I wanted to sandblast prior to
the last welds and it rained all day here.
I did get all penenetrations in the four hard
ballast tanks and get one end welded on each.
Tomorrow I hope to be able to sandblast the insides
to facilitate bonding of internal coating prior to welding the other end
on.
