For me I find the easiest people to have open discussion with, as well as be friends with, are people that are not looking for insults in every thing you say. If some thing you say or write can be taken negatively or positively, they usually take the positive. When someone usually takes the negative. I ask them why they are digging for insults, were there is none. Regards,
