I am pleased to announce that William Kohnen, Marine Technology Society,
Chair of the Manned Underwater Vehicles Committee, will be joining us in
Castine this year.  He will be providing a short presentation on the MTSMUV
organization and an overview of subs around the world.

This additional speaker gives us more than a full agenda for the Friday
presentations.  I hope to keep things on track timewise, but as you know, we
tend to get distracted here and there so please rest up and be ready for a
full day.
