Hi Brent. I've only used a tiny bit of putty, and it will be encased in
fiberglass. Just filling in a couple small dips. I am now removing the foam from
the fairing, and doing a test fit on the hull. One more layer of tight weave
glass cloth, finish the edges to fit tight, add some stiffeners, and then I'll
put the final coats of resin.
