Don,
There really isn't anyone offering K boat part as a
kit, that I know of. There may be someone familiar with the K boats that
will make parts but there isn't an actual kit. You could take
your plans to a weld shop in your area and see what you can do
locally. Be forewarned, a lot of shops get scared away when you
mention submarine.
