Hi Alec,

I am coordinating the event this year.  There is a public ramp we can use
for diving operations that looks like it will work well except for low
tide.  There are also commercial facilities available that can load/unload
sub via crane if necessary.

Hang tight...I have a lot more info on the way either tonight or tomorrow.
