Re: [PSUBS-MAILIST] air vs. oil compensation

Hi Dean. Back when I was working for a living, we bought bottled air/gases from local gas suppliers for welding and we often used CDA ( clean dry air ) for pressurizing gas systems for testing. It's more expensive than a scuba fill, but with a compensation system, it doesn't take that much air and the stuff was very dry. We could take a little jet of it, and blow it on a small spill and watch it dry up a puddle very quickly. ( ya, we were playing around at work ! ) It really sucks up moisture quickly. Seems like that would work. Frank D.
