I know this has been discussed before but still confused.
I understand that if I have a plexiglass panel in my outer wet hull, it
will collect
bubbles and obscure view.
My question is does this really happen at any depth? I just am not
understanding how
this could happen under pressure.
I am trying to improve resistance with an outer hull but do not like
keeping an opening
for my lower view ports.
Can anyone enlighten me on this
