Brian I don't think a fast surface will be any problem in
a 1atm sub. With a lot of positive buoyancy probably just
be careful with air traffic control hehehe
I envy you on diving Catalina, I spent many hours there
in my younger days and just love those kelp beds, I used
to get a lot of abilony there good times.
To all I am into it heavy duty. My version of a 350 is now
full speed ahead. Will start posting frapper soon, as past
the basic pressure hull, mine will be really different.
