Yes, smile and take picture is a normal behavior for somebody who sees  
a civilian sub. Mr Bush really seems to have his people on board of a  
nervoius breakdown...whit all this war terror stuff ...

My 20 ton submarine was accepted and categorized in austria as  
"electric driven watertoy below 10 m" - along with surfboards and  
similar stuff. Not even a plate was necessary - here in colombia a  
nice admiral in cartagena insisted that a civilian submarine yacht  
needs to run a visible colombian flag here in colombia - no more  
requirements no more concern - would be treated simply like any other  
yacht.

I now understand why american subbers ask questions like "how to avoid  
to be targeted and bombed by military" in the forums...

If you take euronaut, kraka, or any other autonomous sub - to such  
waters paint it yellow and play beatles songs trough unterwater  
speakers to be sure all the time they get the civilian submarine  
concept...
