Yes we are.  We had a nice 20 hour ride home to discuss ideas for the
new sub.  We saw a lot of things that worked well for other teams and a
lot of things that definitely did not work so well. University of
Florida had a really nice looking variable pitch prop that unfortunately
didn't generate enough thrust to move their sub, so they sent one of
their guys to a hardware store and he built a prop out of a 2x6 board
and it worked pretty well.
