[PSUBS-MAILIST] Put bubblers in the feet?

I've been working on a number of different designs for skids and retractable landing gear and would like to know what subs if any have bubblers on there feet, how they work, and how well do they work in deep sticky mud? The S! 01 sub had trouble getting stuck in mud in Seattle some time back.

When I get to the point were I'm doing the detailed design work on my 85 foot live aboard trimaran submarine, I'll need a good design for my landing gear since I'm planning on spending allot of time on the sea floor way heavy so I can sleep, out of the way of the waves, storms, and pirates, arggg.

Regards,

Brent Hartwig
