Hi Brent. The tank heads are spun from AS 516-70 steel plate. There is a 1
inch hole in the center. They are cold spun. The thicker plates get heated
first, and I'm not sure where the cut-off point is. I think it's around 1 inch
thick. These heads were $1000 each, and the 20 inch piece was only $100. I guess
these guys like round numbers? I'll put a concept sketch of the tractor
